2 Down (a million UFOs to go)

I actually finished a couple things last night! These 2 quilts are very small wall hangings (about 8"x 11" I think) but it's still 2 less UFOs in my sewing room! They are raw edge fusible applique from patterns by Carolee Pollock. We will see what tomorrow holds- maybe I have time to finish one more thing before the CASA deadline.

Sarah they are beautiful. Don't feel so badly about the UFO's I have worked all this week to catch up and still have a ton of projects and 2 more I took on!

You're way AHEAD of me! They turned out great! How about some photos of the other two projects? Miss you.

My theory is if I finish 2 UfOs then I can start 1 new project. That way I cut back on how many projects I have in the works, but I also get to keep my creativity going with new ideas. It's a slow process, but it's working for me.

Hey Sarah, how did the auction go? I saw your pictures on flickr - do you know how much money they raised? There were some AWESOME quilts this year.

I've just found your blog. I love your quilting. In Oct you posted a pic of a 'crazy' string quillow. I've not thought of making string quilts with my decorative stitching on the machine. Thanks for the inspiration. I keep backing squares cut, and will use decorative stitches now. THANKS (and blueberry before and after is priceless.)

your small wall-hangings are really pretty, bet you are glad to get rid of some of your UFO's I don't have many hanging around but I do have to get caught up a little also - and I would if I would get off of the computer!
